10. Do you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, we can ship to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Please note that delivery to these addresses may take longer than standard shipping timelines.
11. Can I schedule a delivery time?
Unfortunately, we are unable to schedule specific delivery times. Delivery dates and times are based on the carrier’s schedule. However, you will be able to track your package and get an estimated delivery date.
12. Will I need to sign for my package?
For most orders, a signature is not required upon delivery. However, for high-value orders or certain shipping methods, the carrier may require a signature to ensure safe delivery. You will be notified during checkout if a signature is needed.
