2. How to Initiate a Return

Our team will provide you with further instructions, including the return shipping address and any applicable Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
3. Return Shipping
- Customer Responsibility: Unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
- Product Defects: If the product is defective or if you received the wrong item, Sharp Trade Inc will cover the return shipping costs and arrange for a replacement or full refund.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Perishable goods (e.g., groceries, food items)
- Personal hygiene products (e.g., cleaning supplies, sanitizers) if the packaging is opened
- Hazardous materials
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items

5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your return has been approved or rejected. 6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or sent incorrectly. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact our Customer Service team to initiate the exchange process.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
